All-Weather Road Relief For Villagers In Odisha’s Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: A newly-built cement concrete road has come as a boon for villagers at Kurunti and neigbouring areas under Odapada block of Dhenkanal district.

Built under a CSR initiative of Tata Steel BSL, the 1.5-km-long road has provided a safe and all-weather access to National Highway 55 for around 6,000 people in the area.

The road was inaugurated by Dhenkanal MP Mahesh Sahoo and Hindol MLA Simarani Nayak on December 16. Chief Operating Officer of Tata Steel BSL, Subodh Pandey was also present on the occasion.
