Bhubaneswar: The Board of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) on Friday informed that alternative arrangements will be made available for OJEE aspirants who met with a road accident near Taptapani in Ganjam district last evening.
“Separate arrangements will be made to ensure that the students injured in last evening’s bus accident appear the entrance exam,” said an official.
Around 60 OJEE aspirants from Gajapati district were en-route to Khordha to appear for the exam today. However, they met with a road mishap when the bus driver lost control and the vehicle overturned.
Twenty aspirants sustained injures. Locals helped in taking the injured students to a hospital at Digapahandi. Fire Service personnel reached the spot for a rescue operation soon after being informed.
