Amid Abhishek & Aishwarya’s Divorce Rumours, Amitabh Bachchan Shares A Post On Pain

Mumbai: Speculation about Aishwarya and Abhishek’s divorce have been rife for some time now.

However, both Aishwarya and the Bachchans have maintained a dignified silence on the issue.

While there has been no official confirmation about the couple’s separation, their activities keep triggering talk about their spilt.

Ash’s father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan raised eyebrows once again by sharing a poem on pain and sorrow, written by his father late Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

“I did not tell you of my pain & sorrow, I said it to the pen I wrote it with…If it did not deliver it to you, I shall not blame you for it;
I did not tell you of my pain & sorrow, I said it to the paper I wrote it on…If you did not understand me, I shall not blame you for it;
I did not tell you of my pain & sorrow, I had said it through my words…if you did not sympathise with me, I shall not blame you for it
I did not tell you of my pain & sorrow, I said to the dark nights, the voiceless dumb stars, the vacant aloof distant clouds…if their reflected echos did not emanate from within you, I shall not blame you for it;
I knew that one day my befriended pain shall leave me BUT the relationship of my pain with my words shall never leave me…”

Earlier, when Abhishek and Nimrat Kaur’s link-up rumours were doing the rounds, Amitabh had warned the defamers of legal action.

Amitabh is currently busy hosting ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 16.’
