Bhubaneswar: BJP national president Amit Shah will attend a meeting in Sambalpur during his one-day visit to Odisha on February 15.
Confirming Shah’s visit at a press briefing here on Tuesday, BJP state president Basanta Panda said the national president will have a meeting with the booth level organizers of four Lok Sabha constituencies in Dhenkanal, Sambalpur, Bargarh and Sundargarh. About 60,000 booth level organizers will attend the meeting, he added.
During the meeting, Shah will share the poll strategy with the booth level presidents, secretaries, the mandal in-charge and the Odisha prabhari, Panda pointed out.
Notably, this will be Shah’s third visit to Odisha this year. Earlier, he had visited Cuttack district and addressed a public meeting at Kulia in Salepur block on January 29. He had again visited Odisha on February 3 to attend the BJP Janjati Rashtriya Morcha Convention in Puri.
