Koraput: Unfazed by repeated reminders by the Odisha government and the Supreme Court direction, the Andhra Pradesh government has again trespassed Kotia panchayat in Koraput district.
According to sources, a team of veterinary doctors of Vizianagaram district of the neighbouring state carried out treatment of pets by moving from door to door in Talasembi, Uparasembi and Ganjeipadar villages under Kotia panchayat on Wednesday.
Apart from treating the pet animals, the team distributed animal health cards among the villagers.
In order to thwart the repeated attempts of Andhra Pradesh to woo the people of Kotia panchayat, the Odisha government had installed signages in 21 villages under the panchayat on August 14.
