Anganwadi Worker Under Vigilance Scanner In Odisha’s Puri

Puri: The Vigilance officials on Wednesday conducted simultaneous raids on the houses and workplace of Sandhyarani Bhatta, Anganwadi worker of Akshayadham Anganwadi centre at Baseli Sahi in Puri town on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets.

The anti-corruption officials of Bhubaneswar Division, on the strength of search warrants issued by the Special Judge Vigilance, Bhubaneswar, raided her residence at Hata Sahi in Puri town, one house at Akshaya Dham, Machha Market, a house at Samanta, a triple-storey building at Hatisal Road, a single-storey building of a relative at Hata Sahi, her husband’s office at the office of Assistant Fishery Officer and Anganwadi centre at Akshayadham Centre.
