Another 26 Patients Succumb To COVID-19 In Odisha, 7 From Khurda

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 death toll in Odisha went up to 2456 on Saturday with 26 more patients from 11 districts succumbing to the infection in the last 24 hours.

Among the deceased, 7 are from Khurda (including 3 in Bhubaneswar), 4 from Kalahandi, 3 each from Ganjam and Puri, 2 each from Angul, Balasore and Sundargarh and one each from Boudh, Koraput, Nuapada and Gajapati districts.

The deceased have been identified as:

1. A 51-year-old male from Angul district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
2. A 65-year-old female from Angul district.
3. A 62-year-old female from Balasore district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
4. A 32-year-old male from Balasore district.
5. A 87-year-old male from Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Chronic Kidney Disease.
6. A 68-year-old male from Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension.
7. A 86-year-old male from Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
8. A 45-year-old male from Boudh district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Chronic Kidney Disease.
9. A 45-year-old male from Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Bronchial Asthma.
10. A 62-year-old female from Ganjam district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
11. A 55-year-old male from Ganjam district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
12. A 73-year-old female from Gajapati district.
13. A 44-year-old male from Kalahandi district.
14. A 43-year-old female from Kalahandi district.
15. A 50-year-old male from Kalahandi district.
16. A 45-year-old male from Kalahandi district.
17. A 70-year-old female from Khurda district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
18. A 25-year-old female from Khurdha district.
19. A 45-year-old female from Khurdha district.
20. A 52-year-old female from Koraput district.
21. A 62-year-old male from Nuapada district.
22. A 65-year-old female from Puri district.
23. A 45-year-old female from Puri district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
24. A 56-year-old female from Puri district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
25. A 66-year-old female from Sundargarh district.
26. A 42-year-old female from Sundargarh district.
