Bhubaneswar: Another BJD legislator has tested positive for COVID-19 in the state.
Taking to Twitter, Anandpur MLA Bhagirathi Sethy on Saturday said his samples have tested positive for coronavirus. He is in home isolation and his condition is stable.
The MLA of the ruling party requested the people who had come in contact with him in the last few days to get themselves tested.
Earlier, the MLAs of Bhubaneswar (Central) Ananta Narayan Jena, Bhubaneswar (North) Susant Rout, Jagatsinghpur Prasanta Muduli, Berhampur Bikram Panda, Chandbali Byomakesh Ray, Baramba Debi Prasad Mishra, Pottangi Pritam Padhi, Bhadrak Sanjib Mallick, Khandapada Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, Bari Sunanda Das, Polasara Srikant Sahu and Salepur Prasant Behera had tested positive for the COVID-19.
