Bhubaneswar: Another legislator of the ruling BJD has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a tweet on Friday, Bhadrak MLA Sanjib Mallick said he has tested positive for disease and requested those who had come in contact with him to undergo COVID-19 test and follow the guidelines issued by the government.
Earlier, Rural Development, Labour and Employees’ State Insurance Minister Susanta Singh, Bhubaneswar (Central) MLA Ananta Narayan Jena, Khandapada MLA Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, Polasara MLA Srikant Sahu, Remuna MLA Sudhanshu Shekhar Parida and Salepur MLA Prasant Behera had tested positive for the COVID-19.
