Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department here on Friday informed about a cyclonic circulation over Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal.
Under its influence, a low-pressure area is very likely to form over central parts of South Bay of Bengal around November 23, the Met Office tweeted.
It further said that it is likely to concentrate into a depression over southwest Bay of Bengal and move west northwestwards towards Srilanka-Tamilnadu coast during the subsequent 48 hours.
