Another Monkeypox Case In Delhi; Nigerian Woman Tests Positive

New Delhi: The nation’s Capital has reported yet another monkeypox-positive case, taking the tally to 9.

According to PTI, a Nigerian woman is the latest to contract the virus.

She was admitted to Delhi’s Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan (LNJP) Hospital on September6 with blisters and pus-filled lesions on genitals.

The state government-run LNJP was the nodal centre for treatment of COVID-9 and now management of monkeypox virus.
