Bhubaneswar: Keeping up with hard work and perseverance, Odisha boy Kabir Hans won yet another trophy at the International Tennis Federation Grade 4 match on Friday in Chennai.
He won the doubles with compatriot Megh Patel playing against Deepender Grewal and Dipin Wadhwa.
Busy with further practice, Kabir could not speak to anyone but his father expressed joy and said that he was proud of his son.
Earlier this week, the 17-year-old had also won the boys doubles of the Clay Court National Tennis Championship Junior 2018 at Madras Cricket Club in Chennai, becoming the first sportsperson from the state to win a national-level tennis championship.
The Bhubaneswar lad is now preparing for the international level at an academy in Ahmedabad.
