Bhubaneswar: With less than a month to go for Raja, when Ollywood’s leading actors cross swords and theatres run housefull with Odia cinegoers making the most of the festivities, the fate of Anubhav Mohnaty-starrer ‘Prem Kumar’ is hanging fire.
The shooting had to be stopped midday as the lead actor sustained injuries after falling from a height of nearly 30ft on the sets of the film in Cuttack about a month back.
He has not recovered fully yet.
The film under the banner of Tarang Cine Productions was earlier slated for Raja release. It is being directed by Tapas Sargharia while Shivani Sangeeta and Tamanna have been cast opposite Anubhav.
Prem Anand has scored the music.
“Anubhav’s physiotherapy session is on. Raja release has been ruled out. We will fix the next date once the shooting starts,” said Sargharia.
Earlier, Anubhav had a miraculous escape while picturising a dangerous stunt for the movie ‘Agastya’, which was released in 2016.
