Bhubaneswar: To create awareness and promote heart health among people and educate them to fight against cardiovascular disease (CVD) burden, Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar, will flag off a campaign vehicle from its premises here on Wednesday.
The vehicle will cover 20 districts – Khurda, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul, Boudh, Sonepur, Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Ganjam and Puri – over a period of 13 days before returning to the hospital on September 30.
It will be decked up on this year’s theme and message – Be A Heart Hero.
World Heart Day is observed on September 29 every year.
