Apple Unveils New Macbook Series With Own Processors For The 1st Time; Prices Inside

San Francisco: Apple has revealed its new line-up of laptops that for the first time, have its in-house M1 SoC processor instead of Intel chipsets. The new MacBook Pro 13-inch, MacBook Air, and Mac mini computers will be powered by this processor.

Apple had been using Intel X86 CPUs for the past 15 years.

The new Apple M1 processor features eight cores (four high-power and four power-efficient) as well as a custom integrated GPU, image signal processor, Secure Enclave, and Neural Engine.

The new 13-inch MacBook Pro will be priced as follows:

256GB – Rs 1,22,900
512GB – Rs 1,42,900

The new MacBook Air price in India:

256GB – Rs 92,900
512GB – Rs 1,17,900

The new Mac mini price in India:

256GB – Rs 64,900
512GB – Rs 84,900
