Bhubaneswar: A man was brutally attacked by five miscreants, who chased him on the streets with sharp weapons including sword, near Bhimeshwar temple under Airfield police limits in Odisha capital on Tuesday morning.
According to sources, the incident took while the victim was having tea at a stall near the shrine. He sustained injuries on his head, hand and legs. He was later admitted to Capital Hospital here and his condition is stated to be stable.
Meanwhile, police have lodged a complaint and examining footage of CCTV cameras to trace the culprit. The incident is suspected to be the fallout of a past fight.
