Srinagar: An army jawan and two civilians were killed during clashed between locals and security forces in Kashmir’s Kulgam district, as per media reports. A teenager is also among the civilians killed.
A clash ensued between the security personnel and local residents in which 20 others were also injured.
According to information, the forces had launched a massive search operation in Khudwani area in the Kulgam district on Tuesday night after a tip-off regarding the presence of militants in the area. In the gun battle, two security personnel were injured, while another succumbed to the injuries.
