Mumbai: Republic TV editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami on Tuesday approached the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court order rejecting his interim bail plea.
A bench of Justices D Y Chandrachud and Indira Banerjee will hear the plea on Wednesday.
Goswami has made the Maharashtra government, station house officers of the Alibaug police station and Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh as parties to his appeal in the apex court, reported The Indian Express.
On Monday, the High Court had rejected the pleas of Goswami and two others for interim bail in a 2018 alleged abetment to suicide case registered against them.
