Jagatsinghpur: As many as 10 policemen including a sub inspector of Tirtol police station in Jagatsinghpur district were placed under home isolation after the arrest of an alleged kidnapper from Pune in Maharashtra who tested positive for COVID-19.

According to reports, Dipti Ranjan Malla (28) was accused of kidnapping a minor girl from Tirtol area in 2015 and later marrying her. The couple, who have a three-year-old daughter, first shifted to Bengaluru and then to Pune, The Times of India reported.
