New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined interim relief to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the corruption case filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the excise policy scam. The court also issued a notice to the central probe agency and said Kejriwal will remain in jail till August 23.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan heard the pleas of the Aam Aadmi Party convenor challenging the CBI arrest and seeking bail, News18 reported.
