Mumbai: A special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act court on Wednesday adjourned hearing on the bail application of Aryan Khan in the rave party cruise drugs case.
The court will resume hearing on Thursday.
ASG Anil Kumar Singh, who appeared for Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), could not finish his argument by 5.30 pm on Wednesday.
NCB, in its reply to Aryan’s bail application, said primary interrogation has revealed that Shah Rukh Khan’s son is part of a bigger chain, and it didn’t matter that he was not in possession of any drug at the time of the raid on the rave party.

NCB further argued the agency is concerned that the bail of one person can hamper the investigation.
Senior advocate Amit Desai, instead of Satish Maneshinde, argued for Aryan and reiterated that Aryan was not even on the ship when NCB raided the rave party. Both he and Arbaaz Merchant were apprehended on way to the party. Also, no drug was found with Aryan while Arbaaz was in possession of 6 grams of charas.
