Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has sought the custody of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan, Arbaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and five others till October 11 in connection with the alleged rave party on the cruise ship.
They were produced in the Esplanade Court after their remand period ended on Thursday.
While seeking their custody, NCB told the court that it is still conducting raids and anyone arrested in those raids has to be confronted with the present accused, the ANI reported.
The NCB had arrested them on October 3. Aryan, 23, was first sent to NCB’s custody for a day and then, on Monday, October 4, his custody was extended till October 7.
