Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Sunday appointed Ashok Meena as the principal secretary, Finance, in a minor reshuffle in the senior IAS cadre.
According to a General Administration notification, the 1993 batch IAS officer and principal secretary, General Administration & Public Grievance, will take charge from the 1987 batch IAS officer Tuhin Kanta Pandey, who has been posted as the Principal Resident Commissioner, New Delhi in place of Vipin Kumar Saxena, the 1985 batch IAS officer.
Apart from this, Director, Special Projects and Special Secretary, Panchayati Raj and 2002 batch IAS officer Girish SN has been appointed as special secretary, General Administration, and additional secretary, Planning & Convergence, Debendra Kumar Jena as the Managing Director, Odisha State Cooperative Bank (OSCB), the notification added.
