Bhubaneswar: ‘Lagaan’ director Ashutosh Gowariker has been appointed honorary chairman of the 10th Ajanta-Ellora International Film Festival (AIFF), which will take place from January 15 to January 19, 2025, in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The festival will feature other noted directors like Chandrakant Kulkarni, Jayprad Desai, Dnyanesh Zoting and Sunil Sukthankar.
AIFF aims to showcase outstanding films from across the globe and act as a platform for budding filmmakers, technicians, artists and young film enthusiasts and promote Sambhajinagar as a “film production hub and cultural centre” in Maharashtra.
