Bhubaneswar: Odisha basketball player Amarendra Nayak has been selected in the Indian team for the upcoming FIBA Asia Cup 2022.
The 6-feet 8-inch tall Amarendra thus retained his berth after having featured in the squad that took part in the recent World Cup qualifiers.
The 20-year-old Odia cager is part of a 12-member contingent chosen by the Basketball Federation of India for the Asia Cup at Jakarta from July 12 to 24.
