Nuapada: Additional Block Development Officer, Belpada, Ramvilas Mangaraj died at Nuapada district headquarters hospital (DHH) here on Tuesday.
According to sources, Mangaraj had suffered serious injuries in a road accident after the car, in which he was travelling, rammed a roadside tree at Bangomunda the previous day.
