Jajpur: Police on Thursday busted an inter-state gang of ATM looters and arrested three persons in this connection during a raid in Jajpur district.
The accused persons have been identified as Balram Sahu and Sanjeev Kumar Mandal of Cuttack and Sarbeswar Bala of Kendrapara.T he police also seized Rs 15,000 cash, three ATM cards, a car, a motorcycle and four mobiles from their possession.
According to sources, acting on a tip-off, a joint team of Sadar and Town police conducted a raid and busted the dacoit gang while they were planning a loot.
They were involved in many cases at different places across the state and in the neighbouring states, said the police.
