Jagatsinghpur: Police have arrested an auto-rickshaw driver for allegedly raping a physically challenged minor girl in the town.
According to sources, the auto-rickshaw driver Gora Barik of Bangali Sahi village had allegedly raped the minor on Tuesday night.
After the victim revealed the matter to her the family members, the latter lodged a complaint at the Sadar police station.
After launching a manhunt, police arrested Barik at Hata Bazar under the Sadar police limits and forwarded him to court on Wednesday.
