Bhubaneswar: A B-Tech student was found dead in an OYO guest house on Nandankan road, under Infocity police limits of Bhubaneswar, on Friday.
Tanmay Nag, 25, is a final year B-Tech student at a city-based private engineering college.
The police have detained his friend Yusuf, 25, in this connection. Yusuf was staying with Tanmay in room no-201 of Kapoors Plaza. They had booked a room in the guest house since June 17.
Yusuf found Tanmay dead on Friday morning and informed house owner Abhisekh Kapoor.
On being informed, the police reached the spot and seized his body for post-mortem. Further investigations are on.
