Lucknow: A special CBI court on Wednesday acquitted all the accused in the Babri Masjid demolition case, including BJP leaders LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti.
Giving his verdict 28 years after the 16th century structure was razed by a mob in Ayodhya, Special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav said the demolition was not pre-planned.
Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti and Kalyan Singh were not present in the court, but joined via video link.
