Mumbai: ‘Scoop’ star Karishma Tanna on Monday announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Varun Bangera.
The actor shared the news through a series of heartwarming photos on social media, drawing wishes from fans and celebrities.
Karishma took to Instagram to post a set of intimate pictures with Varun. In one photo, the couple is seen wearing matching caps that read “MOM” and “DAD” while posing with their pet dogs.
Another image shows them holding tiny baby socks, while others capture sweet moments like the couple holding hands and sharing a warm hug.
Sharing the post, the couple wrote, “A little miracle, our greatest gift — August 2026.”
Several celebrities, including Khushi Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Bipasha Basu and Kritika Kamra, congratulated the couple in the comments section.
Karishma began her career with ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ in 2001 and later gained popularity as a contestant on ‘Bigg Boss 8’, where she finished as the first runner-up.
She has also appeared in shows like ‘Naagin 3’ and ‘Qayamat Ki Raat’, along with films such as ‘Grand Masti’ and ‘Sanju’.
In recent years, she transitioned to OTT and received critical acclaim for her role in ‘Scoop’ (2023), directed by Hansal Mehta.
Karishma married Varun Bangera on February 5, 2022, in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai.
Varun, a businessman and director at VB Corp, largely stays away from the limelight.
