Barabati to host T20I on Nov 4

Cuttack: Cricket fans have much to cheer with Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) confirming the news about Barabati Stadium here hosting a T20 match of India-New Zealand series on November 4.
The BCCI Tours and Fixtures Committee on Tuesday finalised the upcoming scheduled for team India that will play 23 international matches between October and December this year, sources said.
India will host Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and play three Tests, 11 ODIs and nine T20s in these four months. During its tour to India between October 22 and November 7, New Zealand will play three T20 matches. While one will be held in Cuttack, the other two will be played in Delhi and Rajkot. The three ODIs between India and New Zealand will be played in Pune, Mumbai and Kanpur, the sources added.
Working committee chairman of OCA Dhiren Palei confirmed receiving an official communication regarding allotment of the T20 match between India and New Zealand to Barabati Stadium.
