Sourav Ganguly
Kolkata: BCCI President and former India captain Sourav Ganguly was forced into home quarantine after his brother and Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) secretary Snehasish Ganguly tested COVID-19 positive.
Snehasish got himself admitted to Belle Vue Clinic in the city after testing positive, according to a CAB source.
“His report came positive today. He’s been admitted to the Belle Vue Hospital,” a source was quoted as saying by news agency IANS.
“See, they live in the same house. As per protocol, he will have to be in home quarantine for a stipulated period,” another source in the know said.
However, Snehasish had moved to their ancestral house in Behala from his Mominpur residence after his wife Momm and in-laws had tested positive for the deadly virus a few days ago.
