Bhubaneswar: Good news for those looking for an affordable flat in Odisha Capital.
The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has invited online applications for the allotment of 26 1BHK Type-2 flats in BDA Housing Project at Paikarapur-1 here. A flat with a super built-up area of 804 sq. ft area is approximately priced at Rs 20,92,000.
According to BDA notice, the allotment will be made through lottery only.
• Online application starts at 11 am on August 11
• Online application closes at 11.59 pm on September 24
“Applicants interested in participating in the lottery for allotment of the flats may submit the application form online by September 24 with required details and by remitting the earnest money deposit (EMD),” it further said.
The allotees have to create a Unique Account Number (UAN) through the BDA website www.bda.gov.in and keep this UAN for future online service, it added.
