Bharat Bandh: Odisha Govt Asks Employees To Reach Office By 9.30 AM Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Employees of the state secretariat, Kharavel Bhavan and heads of departments have been asked to reach office by 9:30 am on Wednesday.

Front gates of the state secretariat will be closed at 10:15 am.

The Home Department has also directed all collectors to take preventive measures to maintain law and order and ensure maintenance of essential services during the nationwide general strike by trade unions.

“It is apprehended that they may stop vehicular traffic, rail traffic and close down business establishments and picket before government offices, banks and educational institution,” the notification said.

The officers and staff of the district have also been asked to positively reach office by 9.30 am.
