Bhubaneswar: A ‘Shramik’ special train with 1,190 Odia migrant workers left Bengaluru for Bhubaneswar at 9:26 am on Tuesday.
Earlier in the day, the Karnataka government arranged special state-run buses to transport the migrant workers from a relief camp to the station.
The first such train from the southern state commenced journey a day after Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had discussed the matter with his Karnataka counterpart BS Yeddyurappa on Saturday.
