Bhubaneswar: Following good response to the on-call COVID-19 testing and vaccination for senior citizens, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation has extended the doorstep facility for pregnant women.
In a tweet, the BMC stated that COVID testing of pregnant women will be conducted at their doorstep. People can book their appointment by calling on 1929 between 8 am and 11 am.
Once registered, the sample collection van will reach the caller’s home next day to carry out the test.
However, this facility is not applicable for vaccination of pregnant women.
