Bhubaneswar DCP Office To Have New Building With State-Of-The-Art Infra

Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Police is all set to have a new headquarters building equipped with modern infrastructure at Vani Vihar Square in Odisha capital.

This four-storey building will be a smart office that will have state-of-the-art technology to deal with evolving crime scenario in the city. The new office will improve the police response to the public. It will help in the betterment of the service delivery, a press release said on Wednesday.

The special features of the proposed DCP building include a command and control centre, advanced video and mobile analytics lab, modern forensics lab, women support and family counseling centre, highly sophisticated crime control wing, organised crime and land frauds control wing, licensing and permission cell, citizen facilitation centre, senior citizen cell and conference hall and briefing hall.
