Bhubaneswar: Vigilance sleuths on Monday conducted simultaneous raids at four places including the house and office of Bhubaneswar City Division DFO Chittaranjan Mishra for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
His house at Old Town, besides that of his parents and in-laws’ in Cuttack and Nimapada respectively, and office in Saheed Nagar were searched in this connection.
In August, the vigilance had conducted raids on the property of Bhawanipatna’s Northern Range DFO Lalitendu Jena on same charges.
