Bhubaneswar: Team Shadow Warriors, featuring esports athletes from Bhubaneswar, secured a top-8 position in the National Esports Championship 2026 in the esports title Honor of Kings. They qualified for the National Grand Finals, to be held on May 5 at Pune’s MIT World Peace University.
Four team members are from Bhubaneswar, while the other two are from Kolkata.
The championship, organised by the Electronic Sports Federation of India (ESFI), serves as the official selection event of the Indian team for the upcoming Asian Games to be held in Japan’s Nagoya from September 19 to October 4, 2026.
The official team roster (Honor of Kings) comprises Pratham Patra, Tushar Mishra, Rohit Singh, Aniket Singh, Prateekraj Naik and Abhishek Das.
