Bhubaneswar: Shrestha Sharma of Aditya Birla Public School in Bhubaneswar clinched bronze medal in under-17 girls’ category in the CBSE National Shooting Championship held at Ranchi.
More than 400 players across the country participated in the national championship this year.
Dr S Ganguli, Group Advisor- Education and L N Dash, Principal of the school, congratulated Shrestha, a student of class X, and her parents, a press release from the school said on Monday.
It will be pertinent to mention here that two students of Aditya Birla Public School Bhubaneswar qualified to take part in National Shooting Championship this year.
Anwesh was placed in the 5th position in the Boys’ rifle category.
