Bhubaneswar: Dr Vineetha K, an MBBS student of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, has topped the All India AIIMS – PG Entrance Examination by securing 100 per centile marks.
Five other students from AIIMS, Bhubaneswar have secured positions among the top 100 ranks in the prestigious examination, the results of which were published on Friday.
As per a release, out of the 4,335 candidates scoring ranks, 74 are from AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, which has excelled in this year’s exam compared to its counterparts in other cities.
Expressing happiness at the grand success, Director of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar Dr Gitanjali Batmanbane congratulated the topper and other successful students as well as complimented all the faculty members of the institute for their mentoring.
“I wish AIIMS, Bhubaneswar will be one of the best academic institutes of the country in medical sciences in future days,” she said.
