Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi is part of the Indian Parliamentary Delegation to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference slated for September 22-29 at Kampala, Uganda.
The delegation will be led by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.
Aparajita tweeted about her nomination as a member of the delegation on Tuesday.
The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Adaption, engagement, and evolution of parliaments in a rapidly changing Commonwealth’. Over 500 Parliamentarians, parliamentary staff and decision makers will be participating in the event.
