Bhubaneswar: Odisha capital witnessed a sharp rise in new COVID-19 infections with 52 testing positive in the last 24 hours. The city had reported 29 new corona positive cases on Wednesday.
According to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), of the new cases, 44 are local contacts and 8 are from quarantine.
With this, the affected tally has touched 32,502 and the active cases 310.
