Bhubaneswar: Odisha capital will host real-estate exhibition “HOME & DECOR” 2023 and India International Mega Trade Fair (IIMT) 2023 from February 25.
Minister of Housing & Urban Development Usha Devi will inaugurate the events at Janta Maidan in Bhubaneswar. While CREDAI Bhubaneswar Foundation in association with GS Marketing Associates is organising the real-estate exhibition and the Bengal Chamber of Commerce with GS Marketing has taken up the IIMT.
Ananta Narayan Jena, MLA (Central), Bhubaneswar; Sushanta Kumar Rout, MLA (North), Bhubaneswar; Sulochana Dash, Bhubaneswar Mayor and Chandrasekhar Sharma, CGM, SBI, Bhubaneswar Circle will be present at the inaugural function.
Industries Minister Pratap Kesari Deo and Hemanta Kumar Sharma, principal secretary, Industries department will attend the valedictory function on March 6.
The biggest area at the venue is dedicated to the real-estate operators to display their products projects in Bhubaneswar, Puri and Cuttack. As many as 72 builders will participate in the exhibition.
Besides, home financers like SBI, ICICI and others will open their stalls to explain home loan procedure. In addition to this, allied products on real-estate, home appliances, lifestyle items, interior decoration items and modern furniture will also be on display.
Exhibitors from outside countries including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Dubai, Iran, Malayasia, Thailand and Egypt are the partners in the International Mega Trade Fair. Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan and Jharkhand are the host partners.
