Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has extended the last date to apply for allotment of houses in Daya Enclave at K9B in Bhaganwanpur, on the outskirts of Odisha capital.
According to sources, the last date for receiving applications for allotment in this housing project for the middle-income group has been extended to July 26. Those who have already submitted their valid application online need not apply again, an official notice said.
People can visit BDA’s official website and click on link to apply for house allotment at Daya Enclave to take part in the lottery system. The project consists of four residential blocks comprising 128 units of two BHK apartments (2BHK) with amenities such as parking space, community hall, garden, play area and power back-up facilities.
The BDA has two types of apartments here with a set price of Rs 51.6 lakh and Rs 49.6 lakh respectively.
The urban body is also constructing two more projects at K9A, Kalinga Nagar, and Subuddhipur and those would be ready by end of this year, the sources added.
