Bhubaneswar: A youth was feared drowned in the Kuakhai, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, during immersion of Lord Vishwakarma idol on Monday night.
Though the identity of the victim was yet to be ascertained, preliminary investigation revealed that he hailed from Shantipalli Basti in Saheed Nagar here.
