Cuttack: Police have arrested three persons including two minor boys who were allegedly involved in several bike-lifting cases in the district.
Speaking to media persons on Tuesday, ACP Subhanarayan Muduli said the three accused were arrested by a team of Madhupatna police station led by OIC Tusharkanti Sethi. The police team has also recovered 8 bikes from the gang members.
He said the two minors used to steal the motorcycles from different places of the district and sell each motorcycle for only Rs 1,000 to the main accused. The recovered bikes have been returned to the rightful owners, he added.
