Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police on Monday busted a bike lifting gang in Bhubaneswar and arrested five persons. Police also seized 35 two-wheelers from their possession.
The arrested are Prasanta Lenka of Banki in Cuttack, Ramesh Nayak of Nuagaon in Nayagarh district, Dushmanta Behera of Athagarh in Cuttack district, Biju Nayak of Banki and Deepak Nayak of Jatni
The gang was engaged in lifting the two-wheelers from crowded places, mostly from Nayagarh, Dhenkanal, Badamba and Athgarh.
