Birthday Special: Eat ‘56 Inch Modi Ji Thali’ In 40 Mins And Win Prizes

New Delhi: A restaurant will serve a special plate to mark PM Narendra Modi’s birthday.

Named ‘56 inch Modi Ji’ thali, it will be launched at Ardor 2.1 restaurant, located at Delhi’s Connaught Place, on September 17, reported ANI.

The big-sized thali will consist of 56 items, and the customer can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Explaining the reasoning behind this unique idea, restaurant owner Suvveet Kalra told mediapersons that he respects the PM very much.

“He is the pride of our nation and we want to gift something unique on his birthday, so we decided to launch this grand thali that we have named ‘56 inch Modi Ji’ Thali. We want to gift him this thali and want him to come here and eat. But due to security reasons, we can’t do that… so this is for all his fans who love him a lot. Please come and enjoy this thali,” Kalra said.

To draw customers, the management will give away some prizes.

If anyone from among a couple finishes the 56-item thali in 40 minutes, he or she will receive Rs 8.5 as reward.

There will also be a lucky draw. From those who visit the restaurant between September 17 and 26 and eat this thali, the lucky winner or couple will win a trip to Kedarnath, “because it is one of the Modi ji’s favourite destinations,” the restaurant announced.
